A separate generously sized cooling air fan provides several times the minimum required volume for the motors.The motor is sited in the main cooling air intake flow, which means:the coolest air crosses the motor first, increased service life.The ambient cooling air also cools the switch cabinet and the electrical components , which ensures:low component temperature and extended service life.

AIRERA utilizes a multi-stage pleated heavy-duty oil separator element with low-pressure-drop technology.The compressed gas first undergoes physical cyclone separation and gravity settling to intercept 99% of the lubricating oil. Finally, only a tiny amount of oil mist is filtered out through a customized low-resistance, high-efficiency oil separator element. This design not only keeps the residual oil content of the compressed air below 2 ppm but also minimizes the internal pressure loss during the separation process, ensuring that the terminal air tools receive powerful and pure pressure without wasting a single watt of electricity.
