Will the ultra-high power of 250 kW cause a severe impact on our factory's power grid during startup?
Traditional fixed-speed high-power air compressors can generate a transient current 4 to 7 times the rated current during a direct startup, which easily leads to severe grid voltage drops or even tripping. However, the AIRERA 250 kW model comes standard with an intelligent VFD soft-start system.When the equipment starts, the current rises smoothly and gradually from zero, and the maximum startup current is strictly limited within the rated current. This not only achieves "zero impact" on the factory's power grid, protecting other precision processing machinery in the workshop, but also significantly reduces the impact wear on the compressor's own mechanical components during the startup instant.
As an "Industrial Grade" heavy-duty equipment, how does it perform in extremely harsh environments such as high dust or extreme high temperatures?
All-weather heavy-duty 250 kW units are often installed in factories with harsh environments, such as foundries, cement plants, and chemical facilities. To counter high-dust environments, we have equipped it with a heavy-duty multi-stage air pre-filtration system that efficiently intercepts large dust particles before they reach the intake valve, perfectly protecting the internal screw rotors.To tackle summer heat waves in southern or tropical regions, this model features a significantly enlarged radiator heat-exchange surface area and optimized internal airflow ducts. Paired with a high-temperature-resistant motor boasting an IP55 protection rating, it ensures the equipment can run continuously and stably at full load 24/7, even in extreme ambient temperatures of 45°C to 50°C, completely avoiding frequent tripping and production downtime.
The air delivery of a 250 kW compressor is massive. How does its oil-gas separation system achieve "low fuel consumption" without affecting discharge pressure?

Under a massive air displacement, if the oil-gas separator is poorly designed, it will create immense internal resistance (pressure drop) in an attempt to intercept oil mist, resulting in a surge in energy consumption. AIRERA utilizes a multi-stage pleated heavy-duty oil separator element with low-pressure-drop technology.The compressed gas first undergoes physical cyclone separation and gravity settling to intercept 99% of the lubricating oil. Finally, only a tiny amount of oil mist is filtered out through a customized low-resistance, high-efficiency oil separator element. This design not only keeps the residual oil content of the compressed air below 2 ppm but also minimizes the internal pressure loss during the separation process, ensuring that the terminal air tools receive powerful and pure pressure without wasting a single watt of electricity.
