Industry-leading air host
The air compression chamber is completely separated from the oil chamber. The air side adopts a non-abrasive sealing system with a spring-loaded metal ring, and the lubricating oil side adopts a non-abrasive sealing system with a copper labyrinth seal. The two do not contact.

When traditional high-power 75 kW compressors start directly or via star-delta starters, they generate a massive surge current up to 4 to 7 times the rated current, causing severe fluctuations in the factory's internal power grid and exerting immense mechanical shocks on gears and couplings. The VSD system achieves a "zero-surge soft start" through smooth adjustments from low to high frequencies, keeping the startup current strictly within the rated current, which effectively protects the workshop's power distribution system and vastly extends the service life of the mechanical drive train.
