Managing high free air delivery (FAD) in a 45kW unit poses a strict challenge for oil-gas separation. To solve this, AIRERA incorporates a customized, large-capacity 3-stage oil-gas separation system. Through cyclone pre-separation, gravity settling, and fine filtration via a premium micro-fiber separator element, the residual oil content in the discharged air is strictly limited to ≤3ppm. This guarantees a clean, high-quality power source that prevents downstream precision pneumatic components from oil contamination, while significantly extending the lifespan of the separator element itself to reduce maintenance frequency.
This model is engineered with generous cooling redundancy. We have integrated an upgraded, extra-large heavy-duty cooling system alongside a high-power exhaust fan, creating a perfect convection airflow path. Combined with a premium, high-flashpoint thermally stable lubricant, the system dissipates internal heat with incredible efficiency, even when ambient temperatures approach the 50°C limit. The machine maintains its ideal operating temperature range 24/7, delivering on the promise of zero downtime under extreme heat.
