Higher pressure does require more energy, but AIRERA offsets extra costs through VSD technology. Unlike fixed-speed units that waste power by idling after reaching pressure, our VSD accurately adjusts the motor speed to maintain the required pressure, ensuring every kilowatt is converted into effective compressed air.
We utilize a three-stage oil-gas separation system. Even at 1.3MPa, the optimized tank structure and high-quality filter elements ensure oil carryover remains below 3ppm. This results in cleaner air, reducing contamination for your downstream filters and production equipment.
VSD enables soft starting. Starting a high-pressure compressor directly puts a heavy strain on the power grid and mechanical parts. The AIRERA VSD system ramps up the frequency gradually from 0Hz, eliminating peak start-up currents and reducing mechanical stress on gears and bearings, which significantly extends the machine's lifespan.
