- Features filtering liquid separator with American HANKISON filter, Japanese Panasonic and South Korean LG refrigeration compressors for exceptional durability and stability. Advanced gas-liquid separation prevents secondary water evaporation with 99.99% separation efficiency.
- Internal galvanized copper piping system operates at 0.3-4.5MPa working pressure.
- Constructed with stainless steel tubes suitable for pharmaceutical and food industries, offering excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
- Air heat exchanger utilizes corrugated copper tubes with inner and outer walls in countercurrent structure for optimal cooling capacity utilization and condensation-free operation.
- Evaporator features thin-walled copper tubes with hydrophilic aluminum fins and spoiler structure to maximize heat transfer efficiency.
- Optimized sewage system with three-stage drainage structure effectively removes condensed water and oil contamination, ensuring clean, dry air output and reducing system load.
